一、 资助类别、期限及授课语言
I Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language
1.资助类别。硕士研究生
1. Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports graduate students.
2.资助期限。硕士研究生2-3学年；资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习和汉语补习的期限。
2. Duration. This scholarship only supports master’s students for no more than 3 academic years. The scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language/preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter.
3.授课语言。一般为汉语
3. Instruction Language
Scholarship students can register for Chinese-taught program.
二、奖学金内容
II Scholarship Coverage
包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。详见“中国政府奖学金介绍”
The Chinese University Program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver,accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. Please refer to Introduction to CGS—Coverage and Standard for details of each item.
三、申请条件
III Eligibility
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health

2. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:
●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
四、申请流程
IV Application Procedure
1. 申请人向沈阳师范大学国际教育学院综合办公室提交申请。
Step 1 - Apply directly to General Office of International Education College，SNU.
2. 登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。 受理机构编号为：10166（必填）
Step 2 -Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information System（Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org and click“Application Online” to log in）, submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy. Agency Number is 10166 （Required）
3.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至沈阳师范大学国际教育学院综合办公室（101室）
Step 3 - Submit all your application documents to General Office of International Education College( Office 101) before the deadline.
五、申请材料（均为一式两份）：
V Application Documents （in duplicate）
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（英文填写）；
1.Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship （written in English）;
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
2.Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3.Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）;
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4.来华学习和研究计划。用中文书写（不少于800字）；
4.A Study Plan or Research Proposal （written in Chinese）;This should be a minimum of 800 Chinese Characters.
5. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
5.Two Recommendation Letters（written in Chinese or English）;
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
6．《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form （photocopy）（written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org）;
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
7.已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。
7.The copy of valid HSK Certificate （if available）；
8. 护照照片页、空白页复印件；
Copies of of Passport Photo Page and one blank Page；
以上材料请按上述顺序在左侧装订成册（一式两册）。于2018年3月16日前交至沈阳师范大学国际教育学院办公室（101室）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
All documents should be bound together on left in the order of 5.1 to 5.8. （You should submit TWO sets of bound documents）. Submit all your application documents to General Office of International Education College (Office101)before the deadline March 16，2018 .No application documents will be returned.
