一、学校概况

沈阳师范大学隶属辽宁省人民政府，始建于1951年。2025年，学校获评全国文明校园称号。学校占地面积123万平方米，建筑面积95万平方米。现有全日制本科生20830人，硕士研究生4287人，长短期留学生1100人。学校现有教职工2245人，其中专任教师具有正高级职称251人，具有副高级职称492人，具有博士学位712人。现有本科专业68个，国家一流本科专业建设点20个、国家级一流本科课程10余门。学校学科门类齐全，涉及哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等10大学科。目前，与五大洲33个国家及地区的184所高校和机构建立了友好合作关系；现有中外合作办学机构1个、中外合作办学项目1个，与美国、日本、俄罗斯、西班牙等国家和地区高校开展联合培养博士项目5个；设有海外孔子学院及其他中文教育机构5个。学校是中国政府奖学金和国际中文教师奖学金接受单位。

二、本科专业

学制：学制4年，修业年限最短不能少于3年，最长不能超过6年。

三、申请条件

1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2.如果父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍者申请以外国留学生身份来华进行本科阶段学习，申请人必须持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年之内（截至2026年4月30日前）有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；

3.年龄18-25周岁，具有高中学历；

4.汉语水平考试成绩达到HSK（四级）210分以上；

5.必须参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）”（官方网页：www.csca.cn）。

四、申请流程

提交申请材料→资格审查→组织面试→录取审批→录取通知书和JW201表/JW202表发放

五、申请材料

1.沈阳师范大学留学生申请表；

2.护照首页和1页护照空白页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2026年9月），请及时换发新护照；

3.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件；

4.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件；

5.《外国人体格检查表》。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；

6．无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；

7.HSK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件；

8.来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单。须在申请截止日期前报名参加CSCA并取得有效成绩单。必考测试科目：1.专业中文(专业中文类别分为文科中文和理科中文，请联系我校确定选考专业中文类别。自费生申请汉语言文学专业，如果有HSK四级成绩的有效报告，可以免考专业中文。)2.数学；

9.未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件；

10.电子版 2 寸证件照片。

I. School Overview

Shenyang Normal University is affiliated with the People's Government of Liaoning Province and was established in 1951. In 2025, the university was recognized as a National Civilized Campus. The university covers an area of 123 hectares and has a building area of 95 hectares. It currently has 20,830 full-time undergraduate students, 4,287 postgraduate students, and 1,100 long-term and short-term international students. The university currently has 2,245 faculty and staff members, including 251 full-time teachers with the highest professional title, 492 with associate professorships, and 712 with doctoral degrees. There are currently 68 undergraduate majors, 20 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites, more than 10 national first-class undergraduate courses. The university offers a full range of subjects, covering philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, management, art, and interdisciplinary fields. Currently, it has established friendly cooperative relations with 184 colleges and institutions in 33 countries and regions on five continents; there is one Sino-foreign cooperative institution, one Sino-foreign cooperative project, and five joint doctoral training projects with universities in the United States, Japan, Russia, Spain, and other countries and regions; it also has five overseas Confucius Institutes and other Chinese language education institutions. The university is a recipient unit of the Chinese Government Scholarship and the International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship.

II. Undergraduate Major

Duration of study: The study period is 4 years. The minimum duration of study cannot be less than 3 years, and the maximum cannot exceed 6 years.

III. Application Conditions

1.Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health;

2.If both parents or one of them is a Chinese citizen and has settled in a foreign country, and the applicant has a foreign nationality at birth to apply for undergraduate program study in China, the applicant must hold a valid foreign passport or foreign nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive) and must have a record of having lived in a foreign country for more than 2 years within the recent 4 years (up to April 30, 2026).The actual living abroad for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamp of passport;

3.Applicants shall be between the age of 18 and 25, and must have graduated with a high school diploma;

4.Applicants have a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 4);

5.Take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (short as CSCA) and upload a valid score report when applying for bachelor programs (Official website of CSCA: www.csca.cn ).

V. Application Materials

1.Shenyang Normal University International Student Application Form;

2.Copy of Passport Home Page, One blank page of passport. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2026), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;

3.Notarized highest diploma

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

4.Transcripts

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

5.Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months;

6.Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application;

7.A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK tests (within the two-year validity);

8.CSCA Score Report. Applicants seeking to pursue a bachelor's degree must register for and take the CSCA before the application deadline, and obtain a valid Score Report.Mandatory test subjects: 1. Professional Chinese(The professional Chinese category is divided into Humanities and STEM. Please contact our university regarding the selection of the professional Chinese category.Self-funded students applying for the Chinese Language and Literature major can be exempted from the professional Chinese examination if they have a valid report of HSK Level 4.) 2. Mathematics;

9.Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China;

10. Digital 2-inch photo.
